Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

- Provide a reason for the return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back to us in original packaging
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
Inspection Process
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item within 5-7 business days. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. If the item does not meet our criteria, we will contact you to discuss options.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
